I cycled around the nature trail thingy while jon ran (2nd run for him). the are signs that imply no riding but I've decided not to follow stupid rules this week.

Day 1 of training for the Triple Tops run. Waterworks up and around the hills of ridgeway somewhere. as per my plan for triple tops, I didn't bother running the super duper steep bits but I did run the rest.
