The fact that the pushups station was the only station I looked forward to speaks volumes for the horror that was that HIIT class. uff.

Collins Bonnet with Clare. Trail was beautiful but pretty hard to run on, so we mostly didn't. We didn't quite make the top either as the weather was dodgy and we were already wet from the wet trees. the views were really cool.

summer series - I did the long course and it was steep and long and took me forever particularly as the tracks were in dire need of an update - It is seriously annoying when they are that wrong - and I know those are the sorts of things that will totally wipe out kids from a course.
