Running 55:00 [3] 8.8 km (6:15 / km)

Kids were doing waterpolo refereeing course at the aquatic centre. I couldn't face swimming in the overheated 25m pool which adjoins the cesspool childrens pool, so went for a run instead. was lovely.

Orienteering race 1:05:00 [3]

Slightly weird Uringa Pairs type teams race except there were 3 in each team and 5 controls we all had to get which made the division of the other 25 controls really hard. Jon, Zali and David Marshall were on a team and won. I did what I could for my team but we finished well down. I think I ran further than the day before. tired legs!

Orienteering race 1:02:00 [3]

Tas Long Champs. Got my butt whipped by clare who beat everyone on the course and did 54 mins. I lost 4 on the 3rd control and was a bit dodgy on a few others.

Running 1:04:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:24 / km)

Peter Murrell double loop. was originally planning on a mountain run but the snow line was very very low so thought better of it. Was lovely to see all the snowcovered hills around kingston!
