Running in nature reserve. My desire to demonstrate to jonno that I am improving meant i shaved 7 mins of previous time although inner loop time was only 4 secs faster (20:38)- my usual plod to start and back to car was accellerated. So there goes my 50 minute run. buggr.

Ridgeway long loop + threw in an extra hill for good measure cos I love them so much. Actually it was just cos the track looked very enticing. wild Flowers really nice at the moment

Run in my official recovery run area - fantastic views of Sleeping Beauty. Inner loop 21:40. Did feel bit tired on the undulations.

Run on mt wellington - new record from ferntree to springs 20:40 - cut off 4 mins from my first efforts.

Up truganinni track to signal station, then down bicentennial path to lambert park, then home along sandybay road. No-one would really believe the views I get from my runs - i'll have to blog them some time. 24mins up I think. Defnitely NOT a record - luckily i've lost my training history!

Mountain run from ferntree carpark. first time up the hill to the springs for a month or so an i certainly felt it! still managed 22mins from carpack to the springs but sure was tired. hipflexor got sore but has recovered after a stretch.
