Running 45:00 [3]

waterworks - beautiful weather - short loop but back on the far side of the dams

Swimming 30:00 [3]

Another technical error - this time not remembering goggles or swimming hat so had to struggle through 1km in the old-lady lane doing above-the-water strokes so my perm & blow-dry didn't get wet. Quite tough sticking to backstroke, breast stroke, sidestroke and dog paddle actually! 1km.

Walking 1:00:00 [3]

up to signal station and back. icy c old

Orienteering race 34:22 [3]

Orienteering at mount nelson. made some technical errors - the first of which was not tying my hair back before i started which made it REALLY annoying. wasted time trying to spot features and/or controls. fun though!

Swimming 30:00 [3]

1.5kms blah.

Running 34:00 [3]

waterworks, just a loop around the dams and up the hill. Would have done my longer loop but decided to err on the side of caution ankle wise. yesterday i wore long tights and a long sleeved top (ok i was a bit overdressed but it was 8am!) - today shorts and a daggy sleeveless shirt due to beautiful weather.

Running 44:00 [3]

Running in nature reserve. A bit confined to this area at the moment as it is nice and soft and I'm still not running properly on my ankle.

Swimming 30:00 [3]

Clarence Pool - aaah the serenity. 1.5kms

Walking hills 1:52:00 [3]

Walk on the mountain. very nice. fern-tree, springs, pinnacle track, sawmill, lenah valley track, back down fairy glen or whatever it's called.

Walking hills 1:00:00 [3]

As I can't run every day and I'm a bit scared of cycling at the moment I'm allowing myself to enter walking (proper fast hilly walking) as training. Yesterday I walked up bicentennial track to the signal station. apart from the hail and howling winds it was quite pleasant...

Swimming 30:00 [3]

25metre pool and a bit crowded. so ony did 1.2kms.
