Run on mtn with stix, tracy and Paul Liggins. 22 to springs via silver falls i think but counted a shoelace stop and a little extra on rthe road. felt a bit snotty and had a cough.
To call it a run would be a wild exhaguration. It was barely a shuffle. And that was only when the wind was behind me. Anyway - from mums to beach then to casino all on the beach which was a low-tide novelty. Then turned into the wind and shuffled back to blinking billy point and then back home. only just managed to overtake elderly walkers.

1.5kms. sold out of The Mercury. hmmph. and now the pool creche is closed until february. Must find other activities which offer babysitting...
From Hanny's house to fern glad track and up until it meets middle track. down to silver falls then struggled back out to her house again. I did this by myself for reasons I have yet to discover.
so tired tired tired after nights doing cakestuff until midnight, 2am then 3am in a row. booked kids in for 2 hours at creche. Arrived 1/2 an hour late after a far-flung cupcake delivery but still managed to do 2.1km and go cover-to-cover through the mercury.
got myself dropped off on way home from sandybay so I could run the alum cliffs track, then shuffle up the hill. Was a beautiful day so it was totally stupid to ignore the mountain running possibilities all day - but just couldn't drag myself away from the cakes.
Belair National Park - got a bit lost as I was only intending on running for an hour. Although truth be told if I was going at a respectable pace it would've only taken an hour.
First pre-breakfast run in 3 years thanks to Jett waking up at 6am.
