very generous of me to enter this when i barely raised sweat. basketball is boring me at the moment - i think I'm not fitting in with my team or soemthing.

23 minutes to mum's place. I went to soccer training but just minced around really as my legs were sore and my motivation was low.

Wacko - first run in a month since i hurt my ankle at soccer. The problem with getting injured is that while you don't run, you just keep getting older. Tomorrow i start my membership at an EXECUTIVE GYM (i.e. free fruit, free towels, someone to do my excersice for me while I loll about in the spa i hope) GYM. so I'm sure I'll be fit as a fiddle in no time. ha.
