Kayaking the huon challenge course. I had a faster boat and paddle than my training partners so I had to wait a little along the way. Feel confident I would have at least equalled Jon's huon challenge race time (yeah so he'd done 3 legs beforehand of course).

Beautiful Paddle from sandy bay this morning. mirror flat water, could see the bottom of the sea even when I was out really deep.

browns river. have different kayak now but it doesn't have a foot rest thing so my legs get achey after two minutes. annoying. but I can get it on and off car by myself whcih is progress although no-one would want to be standing within 20 metres of me as I don't have much control and I swing it around like one of those slapstick 'man-carrying-plank' silent movies.
