kayaking 55:00 [3]

was expecting nice flat water but it looked grey and choppy when I got to the beach so I just did a couple of laps of Browns River. I am certain I saw a dead seabird floating down the river, and I am fairly sure I saw a dead cat too - something furry anyway. Ugg.

Running 31:00 [3]

shortened alum cliffs - didn't have much time and my stankle is a bit tender anyway.

Running 55:00 [3]

blob-a-jog with jon in the rain at peter murrell. he was testing his new new raincoat (he returned his old new raincoat to mountain designs due to the slight problem of it not being waterproof). The new new one was good. I was wearing my old old raincoat. It was not waterproof.

kayaking 1:10:00 [3]

From snug beach, to conningham, over to tinderbox, along a bit then little downwind trip back across the bay to the start. very nice.

jog-hiking 1:50:00 [3]

love a spontaneous jog-hike! With Clare we went from Ferntree, up to springs, out on Miles track to snake plains trail, down to pipeline, then back to ferntree. Clare forced me to run at a respectable pace on the way back (in order to just keep her in sight). Will not be able to walk tomorrow.

kayaking 1:20:00 [3]

insipired to visit Franklin again after watching the final eps of Rosehaven, I did the old Egg Island loop. It was cloudy but beautiful. really nice to be back out there again.

kayaking 40:00 [3]

first local paddle in a while - probably since january! Just to blackmans bay and back - it took me a while to get everything organised before I went but managed to get the system up and running again.

Running 50:00 [3]

Orienteering 20:00 [3]

walked for nearly 2 hours, but probably only ran 20 minutes while taping control sites for Pittwater NOL in march.

kayaking 1:45:00 [3]

All around Noosa and surrounds. really cool fun and in a really nice ski that I rented from the only place that rents ocean skis. worth every cent.

Running 45:00 [3]

Beautiful views, but felt pretty tired so a bit of a slog around the national park.

Running 1:00:00 [3] 9.7 km (6:11 / km)

Run along the trails in hte great sandy national park. Not many views but it was fantastically flat and lovely underfoot. Perfect since I was already a bit weary.

kayaking 3:15:00 [3] 20.0 km (9:45 / km)

Exploration of the Noosa Everglades, including almost 10 km slogging across a choppy lake to get to them. really awesome but very tired by the end as it's been a while since I"ve paddled!

Running 55:00 [3] 9.0 km (6:07 / km)

Loop around Noosa National park. very busy on the first part of the trail. Great water views, then great vegetation on the inland part of the circuit.

Walking 1:30:00 [3]

Not that exciting walk all around Noosaville and Noosa main beach.

jog-hiking 1:25:00 [3]

From pauls place in Sunshine Beach down along the beaches and into Noosa National Park. My ankle/foot really didn't like the soft sand, so I tried to come inland on the way home and got a bit lost in the streets near the end. Luckily google set me straight. Had to walk the beach sections and a bit near the end.

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Last twilight event at the domain. Had quite a good run despite not having run properly for nearly 3 weeks. BUT, I missed a control which is a worry as my confidence is already down after failing to find the start the previous sunday. hmm..
