Walking tempo 1:00:00 [3]

after 5 minutes of attempting to run on dodgy ankle I walked for 55 minutes instead. I did do some mental training for the Tas Champs as I walked though i.e. Will they have a sasauge sizzle.. how will I handle it if the rocky road is sold out... what if there is no coke, only pepsi...

Orienteering race 57:00 [3]

Sandstone Valleys - not sure what everyone else did in cut-throat world of W35 (last week got beaten by less than a minute, by both sueH and christine marshall and i thought i ran ok!).
Anyway- ran okl but very dissapointed at wasting 3 mins on 3rd last due to control being on the wrong cliff. (I'd bet money on it being wrong). Annoyed by guy behind me in download queue telling me that 'yeah - it was in the wrong spot but I wouldn't have lost any time on it as I just had to go further). Well maybe that's what HE did but i did bloody lose time on it cos i knew where I was so the lack of control didn't make sense and visibiilty was poor. HMMPHHH.
