mountain run with Shirley-Anne. it was HOT. like singlet hot. like warm pockets of air watch out for snakes hot. lovely. 20:41 to springs - took it easy down the hill as was slippery after last night's storm.
nature reserve. respectable time given i felt a bit stiff and slow to begin with. had to keep the pace up as the babysitter had an appointment.

bball game. lost against a team with a couple of players who are better than any i have ever played against in my long and decidedly average career. They are both about 3 leagues above my level. I was still happy with my game (finally) - shot 2/4 from the charity and had some successful drives.
8:30pm. I was starving and the sun was setting. I feel good now but there's no way i would have run if it wasnt for my 28 day plan and the rest day yesterday.. Came home to a delicious dinner of sweet corn and salad which we ate out on the balcony. very nice except for our white trash neighbours in their garden below...
From fortesce bay I headed north past canoe bay -track was way nicer to run o n - sandy & soft - nothing too steep. rolled ankle on way back though so will have to rest it for at least a day.,
