i'm only putting this entry in so I can talk about the 3 pointer I hurled from the other side of the halfway line with 2 seconds to go in the half. I've never got a 3 pointer in my life before let alone one from like the other end of the court. final game result was a draw

hobbly jog around the medium course at corporate challenge - turns out my ankle is fine running up hill (cos I'm on my toes) -downhill is bad. This is the opposite to my regular preferences.

Shoulders were really sore - probably from kneading icing all weekend rather than sport related .
