My 2nd technique session with kakaying coach. Spent 1 of the 2 hours on actual kayaking technique, then lots of the rest practising 'rescues' which resulted in us both agreeing the best bet would be to just try to swim-to-shore as fast as possible before hypthermia kicks in!
Was happy with my improved technique - coach didn't once suggest we needed to go out in double-ski-for-kayakers-with-a-disability. YAY
