kayaking 1:30:00 [3]

started the day with a 5.15 wake-up in order to go to 6am paddling clinic on at howrah with world champion Dawid Mocke. was meant to start day at 5:05am but i assumed I slept through my 5.05 alarm until it went off at 5:05 this afternoon!

Anyway it was lucky Jon had set a 5.15 backup alarm so I was up and made it across the river in time. Session was really good although started with intervals that was a shock to my sleep deprived not-early-morning-loving body. 5mins, 4mins,3,2,1 then technique for rest of session thank god.
