cycling 50:00 [3]

Nice ride in today. strangely large amount of obstacles in battery point - I felt like I was in that movie where he that guy is unknowingly living on a reality tv show. Traffic just kept popping out from every corner, and pedestrians kept stepping in front of me. odd.

The Truman Show!

Orienteering 20:00 [3]

fun run at Peter Murrell Reserve - about 9 of the 15 controls were horse jumps on their cross country course!

cycling 50:00 [3]

nice sunny morning. the bike audit was on today so I made the point of not cutting through a car park to avoid the lights, but the counting people weren't there yet! hmmph. got counted in two other spots though - so happy about that.

Orienteering 34:00 [3]

Orienteering at pittwater. Felt like there was way too much track running in this course given it was out in the dunes, but it was fun anyway.

Note

Spent hours and hours shifting dirt from the back garden to the front, then the front to the back (for complicated reasons). Also I moved buckets and buckets of rocks around the garden. It was all very tough backbreaking and sweaty work and would count as about ten billion hours of training if there was an appropriate category. Maybe 'Hard Labour'.. 'Chain Gang'.. something along those lines..
