Hut Number 3 - Fortescue Bay 14k + 2-3k

This includes a 25 minute run back to the hut and then back up mt fortescue because Zali left her e-reader in the bunk bed. sigh! luckily we were only 1/4 of the way up the big climb for the day!

From Munro Hut out to the 'Blade' at Cape Pillar, then back to the day 3 hut. MOst of day was spent without big pack so that was nice!

Pretty easy hike - just 3 hours or so to cover the 11k at a leisurely pace - stopping at all the seats and art. very pleasant afternoon in the sun whale watching at Murno hut.

wanted to stick to the soft ground so back to Peter Murrell this morning. The flowers were out and the puddles were deep so it was really nice. foot ok.

GYM - HIIT 45:00 [3]

HIIT session was good today - painful as always but low impact which is good cos for some reason my foot feels dodgy.
