Back on trail with Koda (dog) for 45 minutes. Too much mud and ice. Did legs in.

Uphill walk on treadmill. Legs very good after ride. 12% at 4.1 relatively easy. Went to 12.5 at 20 minutes. Could have done 60 minutes.
