Ran a corridor map that I'd done for club training but no-one showed so I guess that means it can be re-used. Found it good for really looking at fine detail on the map because it's all you've got! Still feeling very slow from a month off running.

Out for an evening run with Jen, nice to have her home. Running fitness = crap after a month of just hiking and skiing. Lots of work to do this coming month.

On permenant course at Maitai. A depressingly poor start to getting back into training. Had something in the back fo my head telling me things didn't feel right but just plowed on anyway compounding my mistakes. Note to self - if it feels wrong it probably is.
Watch got paused (probably by the thick scrub I blundered into) 15min in so not really sure how far/long I ran.
