Slow run up Grampians, taking it easy on ankle. First time running with the new Icebug shoes - very grippy!

(injured) shoes: Ascics Gel-Pulse 7

First run on the ankle since rolling it. Flat and slow, but felt good the whole way. Very hot day but nice to be running with Jen.
