An hours climb up to the top of Sylvan, then back down Peoples Choice & Omega. A long time since I've been on a mtn bike and it showed at the corners. The experience of riding better bikes recently is also starting to make the idea of a new one look pretty good...

Long flat loop, meant to be at slow pace but had to push up above 5 min kms to keep up! Feeling OK but not fresh, and feet a bit niggly so I think a week mostly off running is in order next week.
