Finally got out on the MTB to do a circuit of the hill tracks in Teetotal. Bit of stop-start on the downhill and a couple of scrapes. Kaka-Flying Moa and back along the Rim.

Evening jog with Jen around Peninsular. Forgot watch. Then a swim in the Lake so really it's like a triathalon today.
