Port Hills Rollercoaster. Felt good. Got blister on heel and front R toe though. Got persuaded to turn Strava on and have a go at a couple of segments...

Eddyline 5km series. Screwed up the course, ended up running the main loop backwards then extending out down the main road to make up some missing distance. Lost Patrick/Brent/Dan just after the 2km mark and some motivation went there too along with a sub-20 time. Try again next week.
