Wasn't pleased with how I went on Monday (distracted, poor map contact) so went out and re-ran the course today, taking two minutes off but more importantly getting a focused, faster mindset.

Eddyline 5km. Felt heavy and had low per km time, perhaps not enough to eat or drink today. Course a bit short if taking the straight lines.

Good practice in intricate little sprint areas, had to just stop and look carefully several times. Pleased to not get distracted the myriad of other controls around though. Didn't feel fast.
