Last work day before Thanksgiving. I will be eating all the food.

I spent some time tonight making a plan for training leading up to the national championships next year. I think I've got a good plan together so far. There's lots of racing opportunities between Portland and Seattle in the beginning of the year already, so that will help keep me motivated.
