Note

Turns out I finished 4th out of 7 in the open category Saturday, and there was only one other person out of the 20ish others who did the 4 hour who scored higher. Not bad.

3 hang cleans (65lb)
3 pull ups
Then 6, 6, 9, 9, etc
42 total.

Still getting over this cold so I was pretty wiped and not feeling my best.
