Running (Specific Endurance) 3:03:00 [3] 20.0 km (9:09 / km) +948m 7:24 / km

The map I used this evening is from 1986. Changes since then include, but are not limited to, houses, roads and forestry. A bunch of snow on top of heather, interspersed with bog made for slow going at times. Second half lower down on mountain bike trails. No poles today to allow for map and compass.

I'll decide on tomorrow's outing in the morning. I'd thought to go and do some laps on a more progress friendly hill, get the poles out and get some climbing in. But the forecast says 60mph, which may be a little off putting. Should I go anyway/go back to the woods or take tomorrow easy and do 5 hours on Sunday when the weather is (slightly) better?
