2.5 on the intensity scale, pushing 3 at times, tight stuff loosening through the run. Not many hill type hills but undulating and more of the technical stuff than I usually use on easy runs.
When you say 'with hills' is it runnable stuff that you have in mind or if I did 600-700m on one of these sessions would that the appropriate as long as the intensity stays fairly low?
