Still taking it easy, things starting to loosen off. Quads and itb not quite there yet, will see if I can get a massage tomorrow. 8 or 9 strides were good.
Straight to the gym afterwards, ran through that hurdles routine again then did upper body stuff. Assuming it's less important to have a gap between run and gym when it's the upper body exercises?
