Note

Half an hour S&C, mostly just the physio lower leg stuff.

Calf hops (minus left side single leg)
Box drills

Legs a bit clunky this morning. Just went with it and chugged along. Ran some more interesting trails today, a few hills and a bunch of more technical rooty singletrack. Right shin was a bit stiff to start with but loosened off ok. Will focus on the calf stuff when I do the s&c work this evening.
