Shite sleep, up mega early to watch marathon and eat pancakes.
Went out meaning to keep it easy and mostly stuck to that. Definitely creeping towards moderate in the second half, a little harder on the climbs. A bit of soreness around from yesterday's s&c, for the 800th time, I'll be more consistent with that from now on. Only really felt it in the final half hour/20 minutes, quads/hip flexors a bit sore.
Had 1 bottle of High5 shite and 2 MF gels. New race vest is waaaay better than the old one.
