Feeling pretty good. Some hiking on steeper climbs.

Turns out the speaker on my phone isn't loud enough to drown out the bike in the gym. Lasted an hour before I was bored shitless and decided to run instead.

Waaay better than the gym bike. Legs feeling pretty decent. Slight vrown trouser moment when my headtorch gave the flash of impending battery death in the woods with no moon...

Tightness in calves/achilles and a little in right shin so called it quits after 2 TE circuits. Nothing drastic, just being conservative.

Jogged for 10/15 minutes barefoot on the beach at the end, which was pleasant. Might get on the bike for tomorrow's easy session. Massage booked for Tuesday, the earliest I could get it.

Enjoyable running in the woods, only a little tightness in right calf but that eased.

Same old story; a few wee aches, soldiered through because I'm just so determined. Upper inner legs a highlight today but not really bothering me once I got into the drills.

Delayed entry due to pish Lodge internet.

Fire roads and single track, only occasionally technical enough on the descents to bring the effort back a bit. Felt pretty good, enjoyed it.

Forgot how many sprints to do so came up 2 short. Beat myself with sticks as penance when I found out. Reasonably purposeful core session in the gym afterwards.
