Running (S.E. + fast finish) 3:15:00 [4] 27.7 km (7:02 / km) +1441m 5:35 / km

2'45" uppy-downey, 30' flatty-fasty. Made a bit of effort through the hilly stuff so the modulation between that and the tarmac finish wasn't huge. Felt pretty good throughout, a bit of a glute knot when I got into the flat running but nothing terrible.

60' moderate, 20' uphill threshold.

Legs felt pretty tired today, a slightly sore hip flexor(i think) on the right side. Muddling through ok though.

Running the easy pretty easy but feeling good. Moving well on the faster bursts. Strides afterwards.

A bit of variety, rather than repeating yesterday's session.

Probably 50 something kilometres, phone played silly buggers so drew a line straight through a load of fields. Decent effort level.

Approximate numbers, I think my watch is in a shoe somewhere. Just some easy jogging, enough to warn up for 6 strides.

An hour towards the quicker end of moderate, feeling pretty good.

Afterwards jog, piss, jog, 8 hill sprints, jog home.

Paused halfway to do TEs. Feeling fine.
