Running (Easy) 37:00 [2] 5.2 km (7:07 / km) +166m 6:08 / km

Easy jogging in the mud, 6 strides afterwards. Tightness in whatever tendon thing runs down the outside of my lower left leg, will find someone to give me a massage once I'm back in Aviemore.

Running (S.E. + fast finish) 3:00:00 [4] 31.1 km (5:47 / km) +890m 5:04 / km

Mostly trails and tarmac, some bog trotting. Feeling grand enough, though inevitably there are a few creaks after 4 NotEasy days in a row.

What should I do with the day created by moving the long runs forward? Easy running with speed variations or technical exercises if I'm feeling good?

Running (Specific Endurance) 3:00:00 [3] 23.3 km (7:44 / km) +1403m 5:56 / km

A few augmented Meall a' Bhuchaille laps, a little new snow. Ate nothing til I was done, no ill effects.

I got my entry for LM42 confirmed last night so that's in for sure now.

Running (Moderate) 1:00:00 [3] 12.2 km (4:55 / km) +197m 4:33 / km

Slight hamstring and glute knot towards the end of the moderate running and the hill sprints. I'll keep on the strength work. Feeling mostly pretty good.

Running (Moderate + Threshold) 1:26:00 [4] 15.7 km (5:29 / km) +654m 4:32 / km

42' mod., 21'30" threshold, jog back to the lodge.

Turning over pretty well.

Running (Easy + SVs) 59:00 [2] 11.0 km (5:22 / km) +137m 5:03 / km

Feeling fine, just a little clunky. 6 strides afterwards.

Running (Easy) 1:00:00 [2] 9.3 km (6:27 / km) +104m 6:07 / km

Running easy with Karen, 6 strides. A little tenderness in the glutes and shoulders, gym work and poles doing what they're supposed to do.
