Some at the top end of easy, a nice evening to stretch the legs out. 6 hill sprints. Had felt a little lethargic after a pretty easy week and a few coughs.
Didn't run yesterday, felt the beginnings of grottiness after my day in the car and thought it better to try and be at my best(ish) for this weekend's sessions. I promise to do my best to do my best to stick to the coast the downhills plan, honest!
