35k, 217.

Not quite a total soft pedal but pretty close. A bit of bouldering earlier in the day. Feeling pretty healthy again.

Sense prevailed, I skipped the race and spent the day trying to soak up vitamin d.

I won't do tomorrow's session but will probably go for a longer easy run, a bike ride or maybe even (shock horror) a walk in the hills. The weather's too good to waste.

Will there be changes to be made because of skipped days or just write them off and get on with it?

Some at the top end of easy, a nice evening to stretch the legs out. 6 hill sprints. Had felt a little lethargic after a pretty easy week and a few coughs.

Didn't run yesterday, felt the beginnings of grottiness after my day in the car and thought it better to try and be at my best(ish) for this weekend's sessions. I promise to do my best to do my best to stick to the coast the downhills plan, honest!
