Casual morning potter, some road some hill track and some heather plodding. Chatting to photographers, befriending dogs and negotiating with sheep for use of the path.

75k(ish) and 1450m(ish).

Lots of coasting and soft pedalling in there, but inevitably, given the vert, a little actual work as well. Coffee and cake in Shieldaig.

21:30 and 22:30 for the ups. Going pretty well, still being conservative on the steeper bits of the downs.

Barefoot on the beach and soak in the loch afterwards.

First mod. run back, pretty pleased with how it went. The usual tiring of leg bits and shoulders towards the end but nothing bad and it all felt fairly controlled. Knee was fine.

Afterwards 10' jogging barefoot on the beach, a few glute exercises and 10' soaking my legs in the loch.

Plodding round some forestry tracks. Hill sprints felt pretty good.

Watch says 1300 metres. If I was in such good shape that an 80 minute easy run was 1300 I'd be a happy man. My watch is full of shit.

Knee similar to Sunday, noticeable but not painful on the downs. Improving I think. 40 minutes in the climbing wall afterwards alternating between glute exercises and stretching, and traversing around getting some movement and tension into my knotty shoulders.

Pre breakfast jogjogjog. Feeling a little heavy in the second half but pepped up through and after strides.

Half hour bike to Glen Feshie, run, bike home.

Most of the climbing on one runnable out and back climb. Knee noticeable at times on descent but never painful, felt normal once back on leveller ground.

Sleepy now, mostly attributable to the sunshine. Must shake off that malaise for the cycle to Tesco...
