Wasn't sure how this would be after a poor night's sleep, but it was fine. Going through the gears on the speed variations just fine.

Soggy trails. Grizzly start as my sort-of-a-cold rumbles on, but freshening up after a few miles. Right hamstring a little funny on the first few strides but improving as I went and pretty much unnoticeable by the end.

Soggy jogging. Niggles etc. all fine. A little short on time and enthusiasm for the gym but ran through a few things. Better than nothing after travelling south this morning. I thought I might be getting a cold but maybe it's just cold and raining and I'm feeling sorry for myself.

Same again. Niggles absent today. Tomorrow is back to Aviemore, I'll get a run and gym session (mostly upper body) done before work, after that I think I can probably start training again. I still feel a snag in the glute when I try to stretch the right hamstring so I might get a physio to take a look at that and hopefully I can avoid a repeat of this stuff.

I've a place in Pentland Skyline. Still undecided on the OMM, it's a really long way to go...
