Early run by the river and through the woods. All good, but now my shoulder is being a pain again.

Roaster! Usual run out to Beinn Mhor then explored the tiny trods going north across the top, eventually ending up wading through the heather back to the track. Then grouse beat and home by Glen Beg.

Legs a little tired, hamstrings particularly. Probably due to cycling the last few days. All good though. Gels every 15' from 45' in, water scooped from the Glen Beg burn.

Shite night's sleep with the pain in my shoulder keeping me away. Beautiful ride up to Grantown with every bike bag plus a rucksack.

Surprisingly decent run round Anagach. Legs were moving alright, strong enough on the speed variations and no niggles.

Shite. Legs clunky as fuck, knot in my left shoulder made a stunning return. Kept it very easy.

Really wasn't feeling it this morning but got out and felt fine so did 6x80" in Glenbeg. Maybe a second off the pace of last time but pretty consistent. Second slowest, fourth felt clumsy, last was fastest. Knot in shoulder/neck in right side, tightness shifting round after yesterday's massage. Left hamstring kinda tight after the run, that side glute has been funny when I got up the last couple of mornings.

Out to Glenbeg, 8 hill sprints, back round the duck pond. Slight twinge somewhere in my right quads jogging down from hill sprints, left foot still a little uncomfortable but mostly fine.
