Lodge from Grantown via Ryvoan, an hour of bar patter, then back over Sluggan.

Some unavoidably hard riding over the steeper bits the way there, ended up peddling a fun moderatish intensity some of the ride home.

Busy and, it turns out, tiring day of walking spaniels, flying kites and walking around museums. Legs felt good on the road to the hill, soon as I started trying a bit harder it was obviously a shit idea. Nothing in the tank at all. And I went the wrong way. Still, no niggles. Foot maybe a fraction uncomfortable, probably as much from farting around on the beach as anything else.
