Not as refreshed and revitalised as I'd hoped this morning. Still a little snotty, but still no covid.

Easy run to the viewpoint, a few bike trails on the way. Clunky start, felt more or less normal after a while and no more tired at the end than at the beginning. A little stretching afterwards.
