Have been running a LOT the past two weeks - my hamstrings are protesting and I feel like giving my body some rest from running would be wise. However, cross-trainer is never going to be my favourite. Listened to a podcast about robotic combat systems. Scary development i warfare.

Hello Attackpoint :)! As usual I couldn't decide whether to write in German or Swedish, so I'll go for English instead. I've been encouraged to create a log several times, and I now thought that maybe I'd like it after all. However, I'm a complete beginner here so it is highly likely that you'll see some weird things going on with numbers and stuff. But just because I have one grey hair (discovered yesterday!) it does not mean I can't learn new things. Challenge accepted!

Orienteering race (10-mila) 49:00 [5]

10-mila, 1st leg for OK Linné1. Decent run, but realized already to the starting point that my fabulous shape from the two last weekend would not be available today and tried to focus on my technique. Had some longer forkings in the beginning. Technically stable, all in control until 3rd last where I suddenly was alone and didn't get it quite together. No big mistake, about 45'', but lost contact to the pack and quite a lot of time on the way in. Stable start for the team, but had hoped for more. The other girls did ok runs as well (except Hilda who delivered an awesome run!!) which made us end up on a 13th place. Ok, but we can do better than that!! :)
