Running warm up/down 16:00 [2]

To Lunsen.

Orienteering 38:00 [2]

Middle distance with Albin, Razzytazz, Ollewiththepartytights and TGIF. Although "with" is slightly exaggerated as we only ran to the start together :p. Nice to finally activate legs&brain a little. As I brought quite a cough with me from Finland, I took it very easy. But yep, Lunsen is always nice.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Home.

Orienteering race (Jukola) 48:00 [4]

1st leg in OK Linnés second team. Even if I had only slept for one hour (in case you wonder: no boats or other suspicious activities on the lake at both 1.45am, 3am, 4.30am, 5am, 6am and 7.15am - but can't tell you what happened between 7.30-8.30 because that was when I finally fell asleep) my legs were good!! Knew that it could go either this or the other way today, unfortunately it did the latter. Didn't get it together when we came up to the flatter area right before the first control, got reeeally stressed out and must have lost about 3-4' there already (I must have been at all of the forkings...). I'm an emotional wreck atm so from there on it was just painful, good it was raining so you could not see I was in tears for the whole course. Actually I don't remember much of the race, except from that it was going way too slowly back where I was running and that I got so annoyed about not being able to pass people. So no great performance, but glad I ran anyway. And happy to have such amazing team mates and friends taking care of me :).

Orienteering 32:00 [2]

Model right at the arena. Good navigation, but the terrain really is tricky in some places (vague plus bad sight) so you have to keep it together all the way to the control!

Orienteering 56:00 [3]

Did not know whether I would find any control today, but my navigation was surprisingly good and my legs were surprisningly fast. Didn't understand the vegetation in every place as it suddenly could be quite green and restricted sight even though the map showed white. But orienteering seems to be a good way to channel thoughts atm.
