Told everyone they were welcome to join my morning yoga session before breakfast. And saywhaat there were about 15 boys and girls showing up, I was really surprised! So much fun to do it together!!

Walked/tried to run a little in S-Chanf. Beautiful terrain!!! Difficult to get my technique straight, speed-map-work combo is not really at it’s best ;))

...when everyone else was watching the game. I felt like walking up to Gurten again, usually I did that once a week but now I haven't been there since February (when I also walked - running the last time was in September or even August I think). Love the view up there. Quite an alternative route choice, a bit green at times, haha!

Biked inbetween the stations, but tried running on some.

Tried some running after a break of two days but obviously it was too early or whatever, anyway my knee hurt after the third try of running. Getting so tired of this. Blä. Maybe because I used my longboard to get to uni, this might not be the best position for my knee after all so I have to put it in the cellar again I guess. Suck.
