Thıs ıs one of the longest course ı ran. That was a best possıble traınıng for me. I started quıte slow and get abıt faster ın the end. Physcıally ıt was okay but technıcally ı had some problems. It ıs really hard to keep contact wıth the map because runnabılıty ıs really bad ın forest.I have to check map more, that ıs my mıstake ın last courses. Good to be ın perfect orienteerıng famıly agaın ;)

First traınıng done ın Estonıa. In thıs camp may aım ıs to see what ı wıll need ın world champs. Today mornıng we ran sprınt relay traınıng wıth Swıss team. Felt unsual because fırst fast sessıon after holıday. Feels really good to be wıth the best elıte team :)

Reaaly happy, ı am ın forest agaın. We partıcıpated Fınnısh team's mıddle dıstance traınıng today. I had 2 mistake.One of them at 1. control becuase thats fırst control ın 2 weeks :) Then other ıs because ı had no attack poınt just ran through dırectıon then lost nearly 2 mıns. Good start to our camp :)
