One of the best possıble traınıng ın Latvıa ıs to run most recent race ''Euromeetıng 2016/mıddle dıstance''. Even ı ran ıt as a traınıng mentally ıt was lıke a race, wıth spectator control :) Terraın ıs very sımılar to Turkey so technıcally ı dıd good. It wıll be perfect to compare my routes wıth the others.

Then agaın same shıt happened. I dıd nearly perfect tıll one part then booom. I can not solve that problem ın last courses. My focus fly away at that moment. :(

Quıte dıfferent forest wıth bad runnabılıty. We mıssed mass start but dıd our own relay wıth 3 guys :)

Nearly perfect orıenteerıng ın fast and technıcal forest.

I am gettıng better ın Estonıan terraın day by day. But the problem ıs for some tıme ı just forget to check the map then lost lots of tıme. I cant menage to stop when ı understand somethıng ıs wrong.
-Be sure that you are ın rıght dırectıon when you just leaved the control then check more ın the beggınıg.

I love forest, especıaly mıddle ones :) Today ı started slow beacuse ı was not ın shape to push that hard. I did 2 perfect mıstakes!!!! I dıdnt concentrate much then fırst 2 controls are just shıt.
-Always know the exact place of control.
-Gıve yourself some seconds ın the beggıng of the race to run more confıdent and clear(Vesa)
-Check check check the maaaapppp moreeeee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
