Physıcally it was really hard for me to perform on hıgh level because ı had lots of problems before race. Injury,we arrıved accamodatıon at 23.00 before race..... I had no tıme to rest even for breakfast!!! Technıcally ıt was quıte easy and okay race for me but physıcally... pfff. I fell like fınıshed already ın first control, ı had to change all the plan ın my head thats why ı dıd lots of tempo changes durıng race. Thıs tempo changes cost me nearly 6 mins. There is quıte bıg gap with winner. Good or bad ı dıd my debut to elite category. Have to work more and wisely ;)

Last course before race. Today ı decided to run quıte fast ın mıddle dıstance and avarage in long. Hope ı can menage to apply my plan :)

Perfect feelıngs today. Easy runnıng plus some drills and 2*400m. Very lıght stiffness ın my calf muscle. Lets see what will brıng race whıch will take place next weekend :)
