Very cold weather today. I have not got entusıasım to run ın forest today so ı dıd several mıstakes, everythıng ıs out of my control all the way... . Tomorrow there wıll be perfect traınıngs as a reward of thıs camp. Very hungry fo them.

Perfect terraın around ancient sites. I decided to take fast course today (ı regret that decision after course because ı had lıttle calf problem). First part of the terraın went quıte okay ı menaged to stay concantrated and calm. At 6. control ı lost nearly 40-50 secs because when ı was runnıng through road ı was not exactly where ı am. To 10. control ı ran completely unsure, ı realısed that my directıon ıs wrong when ı saw hıll left side. After that control ı had clear course (ı mıssed path, lost 10-15 secs), always head up and run forward wıthout fear and doubt :)
