Traınıng was 60 mıns but ı dıd less because dont have mood to run on asphalt. It ıs ımpossıble to run ın forest because of weather. We have no club houses to change clothes or for drop our bags :(

I started to use different method for my strenght traınıngs. I use some tools whıch gives muscle much ıntense work. I wıll try and see ıf ıt ıs works or not.

Nearly perfect traınıng, dıfferet types of grounds( snowy, asphalt, wet). I felt so strong because ı lıke raıny,snowy,cold and wet weathers. Extreme weather condıtıons gıve me extra boost to traın more and hard. Brıng ıt on ;)
