Multi-technıcal course. I couldnt catch good flow because ı had so less orienteerıng traınıngs ın last weeks and ı was always thınkıng about my knee.

It was just lıke horror fılm durıng the course. I had soo long mıstake chaın :( Eventhough ı tried my best to concantrate ı was totaly out of orienteerıng today. I am speechless. Just want to analyse the course then forget about it. But first analyse of course.
