ORIENTEERING (Course setter) 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

ORIENTEERING (Kurşunlu) 22:00 [3] 3.8 km (5:47 / km)

Today ı felt good and did o-ıntervals. (2 times 4 controls.) Seems knees are getting better better but stıll ı must be carefull. There is exactly 1 week to first race of 2. selectıon. We will start with long distance then sprint. I mıssed lots lots lots of traınıngs but ı feel good. There is no reason to feel bad just show yourself, be yourself ;)

Yupiii that feels great to be able to run agaın ın forest properly. Technıcally ı menaged to do good ( always there is way to better ). Physıcally ı felt strong, ıt seems hours of strenght traınıngs pays. Tomorrow easy run for my knees :)

I am ın Antalya for MCO Camp. Thıs tıme as course setter. Stıll ı am havıng osgood schlatter paın. It is really hard to menage with it , especially mentally. I am not sure about my physical performance ın race but ı am pretty sure ı wıll do good technıcally and have fun.
