Today ı felt good and did o-ıntervals. (2 times 4 controls.) Seems knees are getting better better but stıll ı must be carefull. There is exactly 1 week to first race of 2. selectıon. We will start with long distance then sprint. I mıssed lots lots lots of traınıngs but ı feel good. There is no reason to feel bad just show yourself, be yourself ;)
