Having a go at attack point after much encouragement from the international orienteering big dog Will Rigg. Just copying my logs from Sportlyser atm. Might use it if the format seems better once I've got a few sessions in, otherwise will pie it and just go back to sportlyser.

Easy skating up on Vikfjell
Forgot how much it wrecks your lower legs! Mostly just skiing round, trying to get used to snow again. Track is great this year, 6.5 km and more interesting than previously.
Laps as follows:
2 ski laps, 1 no poles, 1.5 with poles and working on different sections.

Some points:
*need to work on getting full push, particularly in skate 2. Coming off the ski a little early - need to focus more on pushing down.
*sitting a little far back in skate 2
*Rotation minimisation on trail side in skate 1 as I worked on with Philip Furrer in Val Senales last October. Still think this is a weakness but skate 1 actually feeling pretty good.
* free skate feeling strong - downward push working well as I've been emphasising on rollers.
*skate 3 not feeling any better than usual! Big point to work on while here I feel.

I'm looking forward to working with Jostein here, hopefully some new eyes will pick out some good stuff.
